  • How do I import Fulfilled by TikTok (FBT) orders via Shopify into PlentyONE?

The automatic import of orders processed via TikTok Fulfillment (FBT) and handed over via Shopify to PlentyONE currently does not work smoothly. This is because TikTok blocks the order data in Shopify for about an hour to allow cancellations. As a result, the orders fall outside the regular automatic import time window of PlentyONE.Current Workaround (Manual Solution)Since an automatic adjustment of the import timeframe (cron job) is not planned in order to avoid performance degradation for all users, you currently need to trigger the import of the FBT orders manually. How to trigger the import manually:Navigate in your PlentyONE system to: Setup » Markets » Shopify » Settings.Select the corresponding Shopify market.Switch to the Settings tab or the corresponding tab for order import (the exact path may vary depending on the plugin version, see attached screenshot in the original conversation).Find the option to manually trigger the order import (e.g. a button labelled Trigger Import).Perform the import.Important: The manual import ...
