Yes, PlentyONE offers a very practical diagnostic tool that allows you to specifically check a single variant for all necessary export conditions for Shopify. This is the quickest way to find errors in a particular variant.

How to use the export check:

1. Open the menu Setup > Markets > Shopify App > Help > Export Conditions.
2. Select the webshop (client) at the top for which you want to perform the check.
3. Enter the ID of the variant you want to check.
4. Click on Check.

You will then receive a detailed list of all export requirements. Fulfilled conditions are marked in green with a OK, while missing or incorrect settings are marked in red with a X.

Important: A variant is only exported to Shopify if all conditions on this list are met without errors. Among other things, the tool checks whether the variant is active, has a Shopify SKU and a valid price, all texts and translations are present, and the Shopify limit of 100 variants per item is not exceeded.

Note: Shopify itself does not necessarily require a sales price for a valid export. This is specified by PlentyONE.
