A common reason for this is that the correct tenant (shop) is not activated for the variant. PlentyONE only exports variants for which the tenant assigned is the one connected to your Shopify store.
Here’s how to ensure the correct tenant is activated:
- Open the corresponding variant in the menu Products > Products.
- Switch to the Availability tab.
- In the Tenant (shop) section, check the box for the tenant you use for your Shopify sales.
- Save the setting.
After you have activated the tenant, the variant will be considered for the next export to Shopify.
