Deleting it will permanently interrupt the connection, create duplicates, and break the link to existing items.Step-by-step instructionsNavigate to: Setup » Assistants » Omni-Channel.Click on the Shopify configuration assistant.Select the available configuration.Follow the steps in the assistant and configure:Item management: Set the import or export direction.Stock management: Define stock and price synchronisation.Warehouse assignment: Assign PlentyONE warehouses to Shopify locations.Order management: Import orders and handle cancellations.Contact management: Import customer data.Shipping profile mapping: Link the shipping profiles of both systems.At the end, click Complete.
