In PlentyONE there is a dedicated function that allows you to quickly and easily check the connection status to your Shopify shop.
Under Setup > Wizards > Omni-Channel > Shopify Configuration > Step: Shopify Connection
If the connection is shown as Active there, then our app can communicate with the Shopify app; otherwise, it will be listed as Inactive.
