Due to the upcoming switch of the Shopify item interface from REST to GraphQL, your PlentyONE app needs to be updated within Shopify as additional permissions are required. We need your assistance with this.

On April 15th 2026, we will switch the remaining interfaces from REST to GraphQL.

The permissions should definitely be granted before 04.15.2026.

Here is how to do it:

If you navigate to Apps / PlentyONE in your Shopify backend, you will be greeted by the following screen:

The only thing you need to do here is click on the black button. This will grant the permissions. The notification screen will only be displayed as long as the permission has not yet been granted.

Note: the PlentyONE app could be logged out by the Shopify system itself after the update, but your connections and configurations will remain 100% intact. You can log in to the app's UI as usual with your PlentyID + user + password.

You can already grant the permission now and should not wait to do so.
