To connect Shopify and PlentyONE, first install the PlentyONE app from the Shopify App Store. Have your login details for both systems ready.

Follow these steps for installation and connection:

1. Open the PlentyONE app page in the Shopify App Store.
2. Click on Add app and enter your Shopify login details if prompted.
3. You will be redirected to your Shopify backend. Click on Install app there.
   • Important: This grants PlentyONE the necessary permissions for data exchange.
4. Now enter your PlentyONE login details (plentyID, username, password).
5. From the list, select the PlentyONE client you want to connect with this Shopify store by activating the switch Connected on the right.
   • Note: You can only connect one client per Shopify store.
6. After the connection, you can set the options for data exchange. Finally, save your settings.
