You need to observe the following basic rule: Each connection is completely independent. This means:

• For each additional Shopify store, you need a separate client in PlentyONE.
• Each store must have its own Shopify account.

To add another store, simply install the plentymarkets app in the new Shopify account and connect it to the designated new PlentyONE client.
