This error message usually indicates a misconfiguration in the listing or the item, often because the content of the listing no longer matches the data of the variant (e.g. after a change to the variant).
Troubleshooting and solution
To fix the problem, you need to identify the affected listing and correct the invalid selection. Proceed as follows:
Determine Market Listing ID (MLID) Open the listing preview where the error is displayed. Look at the URL of the preview. The number at the very end of this URL is the linked MLID.
Search for the listing Navigate in the menu to:
Listings » Edit listings(orSales Channel » Edit listings). Use the filter Market Listing ID, enter the noted MLID and search for the listing.Check and correct content * Open the listing by clicking on the ID.
Click on Edit listing.
Check the settings for fields marked as Invalid selection.
This often happens if the content of the variant has changed. Select the correct, valid content again so that it matches the variant once more.
Save Save your changes and check the preview again.
