This error occurs when you try to change an active listing in restricted edit mode, and the variants in PlentyONE no longer match those on eBay.

Solution:

• Matching the variants: You need to change the variants (both the attribute names and the values) in PlentyONE back to the status of the active listing on eBay.

• Checkpoints:

  1. Compare the attributes and attribute values on eBay with those in PlentyONE.

  2. Take into account the attribute linkage under Setup » Items » Attributes, if one is used for the corresponding category.
