If you list on multiple eBay marketplaces in different currencies and submit SCOs, errors related to currencies and minimum bids may occur.

SCO error: Auction currency could not be converted to standard currency

Error message: Internal error: Auction currency could not be converted to standard currency. Bidder's maximum bid: USD - Standard currency: EUR.

This error occurs when the amount entered for the option Second Chance Offer from minimum bid cannot be converted into the currency of the listed auction because the conversion factor is missing.

Solution:

1. Open the menu: Setup » Orders » Payment » Currencies.

2. Enter the correct conversion factor for the relevant currency (e.g. USD).

3. Then you can manually send the offer to the unsuccessful bidders via Submit SCO.

Note on currency: Always define the minimum price for SCO in the standard currency of your plentyShop (Setup » Orders » Payment » Currencies). The bids displayed in the Second Chance Offer menu are always shown in the auction currency.

SCO error: Stock does not allow further SCOs

Error message: Internal error: Net stock of item 2, active SCOs of item 1, minimum net stock to maintain 1, stock does not allow further SCOs.

This error indicates that the currently available stock is insufficient to submit further SCOs.

Solution:

1. Post the missing goods receipt in your system.

2. Then manually send the offer to the unsuccessful bidders via Submit SCO.
