You can find a history of all transactions carried out via the eBay interface in your PlentyONE system in the API log. This is helpful for checking synchronization processes and troubleshooting.
Retrieve API log
Open the menu: Data » API log » Tab: API log.
Select a format from the dropdown list Transaction (see overview below).
Optional: Select a date to only get entries from a specific day.
Select the number of results per page.
Click Search ($\text{\search}$) to display the results.

Important: If a required API format is missing from the dropdown list, you need to activate the associated function in the settings. For example, the format
ItemListingHelperSyncInventoryJob(inventory reconciliation) is only available for selection if the Inventory automation is activated in the menu Setup » Markets » eBay » Settings » Tab: Basic settings.
