  • What can I do if Amazon orders are not imported?

    1. The authorisation is missing or has expiredQuestion: Why is the order import blocked even though I have set everything up?Answer: If PlentyONE does not have permission to access your Amazon account (missing or expired authorisation), the data exchange fails and orders are not imported. You can recognise this by the following error message:Error: Access to Reports. (GetReportScheduleList) is denied→ Check the connection status of your Amazon account under Setup » Markets » Amazon » New Settings. If it says Not connected, this usually indicates a permissions issue.→ Solution: Renew the authorisation under Setup » Markets » Amazon » Settings. Open the respective account and click on the Settings tab, then on Allow access.2. An order is missing / was not importedQuestion: Why is an order not visible in the PlentyONE system?Answer:Possible causes: The token required for the Amazon interface has expired. • Why are my Amazon Browse Nodes mappings no longer working in the catalogs?

The changes to the catalog templates are caused by regular daily updates directly from Amazon. Since these templates are imported and updated individually for each seller account by Amazon, PlentyONE has no influence over these changes or their timing.A mapping via a Channel Map is technically no longer feasible for the data field recommended_browse_nodes.value. This is because each category (each catalog) now has its own specific values that must be linked individually.Step-by-step guide to correction:Navigate to your Amazon catalogs in your PlentyONE system.Open the individual catalogs of the affected categories.Manually restore the links for the browse nodes directly in the respective catalog.Save the settings to reactivate the item export.Note: If the preview view of the catalogs is also not working, please contact the catalog team via a separate ticket, as this is a cross-marketplace technical issue.

  • Why has my Amazon FBA order not been imported yet?

It can take up to three days for an FBA order to be imported into PlentyONE. This is because Amazon only includes the order data in the reports we use for the import after the order has been fully processed. The reason for the delayAmazon only saves FBA orders in the import reports once they have been fully processed. So even if you already see the order in Seller Central, it can still take two to three days after receipt by Amazon for the data to be available for import by us.What does this mean for manual retrieval? You must also take this delay into account when manually requesting reports for possibly missing orders. When requesting, always choose a longer period (e.g. the last 3-4 days) to ensure that recently processed but older orders are also included.

  • Amazon - Token expired - no data is being synchronised

Background knowledge:In order for our system to communicate with Amazon via the interface, a valid token must exist. This token, which must be activated per seller account, allows us to synchronise data through our developer access. In other words: if the token is not valid/expired or even does not exist at all (in the case of a new plentymarkets system and/or new Amazon account), we cannot synchronise any data with Amazon for you. This means we cannot exchange product data, stock, prices, orders, invoices, etc. with Amazon. How do I find out if my token has expired? There is currently no explicit check for this. This check will be available with the new Amazon basic settings UI.However, if you click on Setup » Markets » Amazon » Reports » Processing in the menu and then click Search for the respective account, and no new reports of any report types have been displayed for a long period, it is likely that the token has expired, meaning no data is being synchronised between Amazon and us in either direction. So how do you update your ...
