(Error) reports log events in your system and allow you to specifically troubleshoot when something does not work as expected. The storage location of the reports depends on the process used (e.g., catalogue export, article export) and whether you are working in test mode.

Retrieving feed reports (for offer catalogues, prices and stock)
For processes that use Amazon feeds (such as export, update and price/stock update of offer catalogues without test mode), you can find the reports under Setup » Markets » Amazon » Feeds.
Steps to download the feeds (e.g., for a newly created offer catalogue)
- Open the menu
Setup » Markets » Amazon » Feeds. - Use the filter Feed type and select the option
Feed for offers. - Use the filter Process type and select the corresponding option (e.g.,
Creation of offer catalogues).- For the update of an offer catalogue select
Update of offer catalogues. - For the price update (without catalogue) select
Price update. - For the stock update select
Stock updateorStock update with catalogue export.
- For the update of an offer catalogue select
- Click on Search (
search). - Download the Feed request and the Feed Submission Result (German: Feed submission result):
- To do this, click on Download feed request (
sim_card_download) in the row with the desired feed. - Click on Download Feed Submission Result (
file_download).

Success check in the Feed Submission Result
To check the transmission success, look for the following in the Feed Submission Result:
messagesProcessed:messagesAccepted:
If the number after messagesProcessed: matches the number after messagesAccepted:, then all data was successfully transmitted to Amazon.
