After you have created the offer catalogue in PlentyONE, activate it in the menu Data » Catalogues to start exporting your offer data to Amazon.

Step-by-step guide to activation

1. Open the menu: Data » Catalogues.
   • A list of your catalogues will be displayed.
2. Scroll to the corresponding Amazon catalogue (export type Listing with category Offer).
3. Slide the toggle switch to the right in the column Active to activate the catalogue.
   • Result: The catalogue is activated. The data of the catalogue will be automatically exported to Amazon 15 minutes after a price or stock change in a variant.

Note on reports

In the chapter (Error) reports retrieval you will find information on where you can view reports for the catalogue export to Amazon. Please note that the reports for test mode and productive transmission are stored in different menus.
