The changes to the catalog templates are caused by regular daily updates directly from Amazon. Since these templates are imported and updated individually for each seller account by Amazon, PlentyONE has no influence over these changes or their timing.
A mapping via a Channel Map is technically no longer feasible for the data field recommended_browse_nodes.value. This is because each category (each catalog) now has its own specific values that must be linked individually.
Step-by-step guide to correction:
Navigate to your Amazon catalogs in your PlentyONE system.
Open the individual catalogs of the affected categories.
Manually restore the links for the browse nodes directly in the respective catalog.
Save the settings to reactivate the item export.
Note: If the preview view of the catalogs is also not working, please contact the catalog team via a separate ticket, as this is a cross-marketplace technical issue.
