You can transfer the energy efficiency label and the product data sheet to eBay via specific attributes from your PlentyONE system.

Required attributes

To successfully transfer the documents, you must create the following three attributes exactly with the names listed below in your system:

• eBay Energy Efficiency Label
  • Type: Text or Selection with a link to the document, or a File attribute.
• eBay Energy Efficiency Label Description
  • Type: Text or Selection.
• eBay Product Data Sheet
  • Type: Text or Selection with a link to the document, or a File attribute.

Important: All three attributes must be linked to and filled in for the variant. If any of the attributes are missing, the upload will fail.

Additional requirements and variant logic

For the documents to be visible in the listing, the following eBay characteristics must also be completed:

• Energy Efficiency Class
• EEK Spectrum

The logic for adopting the attributes depends on the listing type:

• For single variant listings, the attributes are taken from this specific variant.
• For multi-variant listings, the attributes are taken from the main variant.

Upload and update

The upload process for both documents is synchronous and takes place during the creation or revision of a listing.

To update a listing with new or revised documents, use the product details function in the listing group.

Permissible image formats

The following formats are supported for upload to eBay:

• avif, bmp, gif, heic, jpg, jpeg, png, tif, tiff, webp.
