With Product Compliance, you provide specific information about product conformity and make product-specific details available. For example, you can provide specific information about batteries if you sell them.
Important: If you sell items with eBay in France, you must compulsorily provide
Product Complianceinformation for this country platform.
Setting Product Compliance
You can set the Product Compliance information in PlentyONE in the menu Setup » Markets » eBay » Terms & Conditions » Tab: Product Compliance. These settings override all information stored at eBay.
You can create a maximum of ten conditions for the Product Compliance.
- Open the menu Setup » Markets » eBay » Terms & Conditions » Tab: Product Compliance » Tab: New.
- Make the following settings:

| Profile Name | Enter an internal name for merchants that is not visible in the listing. |
| Description | Enter a description text that will be displayed in the eBay field Product Compliance. This is where specific product information is provided. |
| Label | Enter a label for the Product Compliance. The label is visible in your eBay listing. |
- Save the settings.
You can set Product Compliance information, among others, for the eBay country platforms Germany, France, Australia, Canada, and USA.
