To provide a GPSR document via a property of Text type, you need to insert a valid link through which the document can be downloaded. Note that Google Drive by default creates a preview link that does not lead to a direct download.

Manual adjustment of the link (Option 2)

You can manually adjust the link to enable a direct download:

1. Open the document in your Google Drive.
2. Copy the document ID from the preview link.
   • Note: The ID is the part of the link between /d/ and /view.
   • Example: From https://drive.google.com/file/d/1a2bcdEFGhIJKlmN3OPQrst-UVwXYZABCd/view?usp=sharing you extract the ID: 1a2bcdEFGhIJKlmN3OPQrst-UVwXYZABCd.
3. Append the document ID without spaces to the end of the following pattern for the download link:
   • Pattern: https://drive.google.com/uc?export=download&id=
4. Result (example): The complete download link for the ID 1a2bcdEFGhIJKlmN3OPQrst-UVwXYZABCd is then: https://drive.google.com/uc?export=download&id=1a2bcdEFGhIJKlmN3OPQrst-UVwXYZABCd.

You can now insert this download link into the text field of your property of Text type.

Option 1: Alternatively, you can also use an external tool such as the Google Drive Direct Link Generator to automatically convert the preview link.
