On eBay, there are two ways to upload GPSR documents in different languages:

Option 1: Language-specific upload (Separate documents)

If you have a separate document for each language, you can upload the individual documents per language.

• Enter the respective document link for each language in the corresponding attribute.
• If the links differ, a separate document will be uploaded for each language.
• Example (User manual):
  • Select Language: German. Insert the link to the German document.
  • Select Language: English. Insert the link to the English document.
  • Select Language: French. Insert the link to the French document.

Option 2: Multilingual upload (One document for all languages)

If one document contains multiple languages, you can upload this document and activate it for the respective languages.

• Enter the same link for all affected languages in the corresponding attribute.
• The logic in the background recognises that it is the same link, uploads the document only once, and activates it for the stored languages.
• Example (Multilingual document):
  • Select Language: German. Insert the link to the multilingual document.
  • Select Language: English. Insert the same link to the multilingual document.
  • Select Language: French. Insert the same link to the multilingual document.
