Supported attributes for documents

You can provide the following documents, using the names either in English or German:

Important notes on using the attributes

• The attribute names must be exactly as specified above and enabled for eBay.
• Attributes can be of the Text type (required: valid link to a document) or of the File type.
• Supported file types are: .PDF, .JPEG/.JPG, .PNG.

Validation rules and listing update

• Once one of the above attributes is linked, it must be valid. Invalid or missing documents prevent the start or update of a listing to ensure GPSR compliance.
• Documents are uploaded in the background on eBay. The start or update of a listing only takes place after completion of the upload.
• For active listings, the option Product media and documents has been added in the group function and batch processing to update listings with newly added documents.

Consider variants

• For listings with a fixed variant, only the documents of this variant are considered.
• For listings with all variants, both the documents of the main variant and the documents of the individual variants are considered.
