This error message indicates that the shipping provider stored in the order has not been linked to a shipping provider from OTTO Market.
Error analysis in the log
To understand which shipping provider was not found, you need to open the log message. There you will usually find a message like this:
message:"Carrier ID 123 not mapped in OTTO market config."
The Carrier ID shown in the error message (here 123) corresponds to the ID of the shipping provider in your system. You can find this ID in the menu Setup » Orders » Shipping » Options under the tab Shipping providers.
Solution: Linking in the assistant
- Check in the
Otto Market Setup Assistantwhether the shipping provider stored in the order (with theCarrier IDfrom the log) has been correctly linked to a shipping provider fromOTTO Market. - If necessary, create the link and save the settings.
- To report the shipping for the affected order again, the event action with the action
Report shipping information to OTTOmust be triggered again.
