This error message usually occurs when there is a parcel number for the order, but no return tracking number (return label) has been found.
Important: A separate return label must be created for each parcel or parcel number.
Troubleshooting and resubmission
- Check the order in the menu
Orders » Shipping Centre. - Find the respective order and switch to the tab
Return Labelsto check if a label is available. - If no label is available, you must create one afterwards.
- After the label has been created, the shipping must be reported again. To do this, trigger the event action with the action
Report shipping information to OTTOonce more.
Please note that depending on the event, it may be necessary to undo the original event (e.g. the shipping) beforehand before triggering the action again.
