This error message means that at the time of the shipping notification, no package number and/or return label was available for the order.

Troubleshooting

Check whether the package number and the return label were already present in the system at the time of the shipping notification (when the event action was triggered).

To report the shipment again to OTTO Market, you need to trigger the event action again with the action Report shipping information to OTTO.
