This error message during shipping confirmation to OTTO Market means that your sender address at the warehouse is missing or incomplete.
Check sender address at the warehouse
A valid sender address must always be sent to OTTO Market with the shipping confirmation. If this address does not exist or is incomplete (e.g. missing postal code or city), this error occurs.
You must save the address in the warehouse used for the order.
- Open the menu
Setup » Merchandise » Warehouses. - Select the warehouse that was used for the order.
- Switch to the tab
Settings. - Ensure that the sender address is completely saved there.
Report shipping again
After you have corrected and saved the address, you must trigger the event action with the action Report shipping information to OTTO again to resend the shipping confirmation.
