This error message relates to Media Assets (files) and means that no valid URL to a file (e.g. a product datasheet) was found for a variant.

Error analysis and cause

In the log entry, you will often find details that help you with the analysis:

• variationId: Shows you which variant is affected (e.g. 10792).
• type: Defines the type of file. If the type (e.g. PRODUCT_DATASHEET) refers to the product datasheet, the cause lies with the affected variant (here 10792):
  • The variant is not linked to the property that you assigned in the catalogue for the product datasheet.
  • Or: No URL is stored in the linked property.

Important requirement

Files can only be transmitted to OTTO Market in the form of a URL. Properties that do not contain a valid URL will not be exported.
