If your items have not been transmitted, you should check the log. You can find many error messages there and then fix the causes yourself.
Search the log
There are various integrations that you should check one after the other to find the error.
- Open the menu
Data » Log. - Filter your search by selecting the following logs one after the other in the
Integrationfield and checking the entries:Plenty\Modules\Otto\Item\Services\ItemExportServicePlenty\Modules\Otto\Item\Templates\Mutators\DefaultSkuMutator(for this, additionally set theIdentifiertoOTTO Market)Plenty\Modules\Otto\Item\Commands\ItemReportResultCommandPlenty\Modules\Otto\Item\Templates\Mutators\MediaAssetsMutator
- Check the displayed log entries.
Interpret log levels
Based on the level, you can tell whether an item was successfully transmitted or if an error occurred:
info: Log entries with this level indicate a successful transmission.error: These entries signal an error during transmission. Usually, this means that your variant is not valid and therefore was not exported.
You can open error messages to view the details. In the detail view, you usually see exactly which variant ID is affected and which field (e.g. productDescription.category) caused the error.
