If a shipping confirmation was not transmitted to OTTO Market, you will usually find the cause in the log.
Search log data
- Open the menu
Data » Log. - Select the option
Otto MarketunderIdentifier. - Select the log
Plenty\Modules\Otto\Order\Services\OrderShippingServiceunderIntegration. - Filter in the dropdown list
Levelsuccessively bywarningand then byerror. - Optional: To narrow down the result, also filter by the order ID (reference type
orderId, reference valueyour order ID). - Open the logs (e.g. with the message
Variant invalid) to see the reason for the rejection or missing attributes.
