If you are using an external repricing tool for Amazon that is not directly connected to PlentyONE, you must ensure that PlentyONE does not send its own price updates to Amazon.

Necessary settings in PlentyONE

To hand over price control to the third party, you need to make the following settings:

• Disable price changes: Make sure in the Amazon item settings that for the setting Price changes the option Never is selected.
  • You can find this setting under: Setup » Markets » Amazon » Settings.
• No price linkage in the catalogue: Ensure that in the used catalogue (offer or product catalogue) no price is linked.
