You can control price updates for existing and new listings via a offer catalogue, with the update occurring 15 minutes after a price change on the variant.

Required settings for price updates using a catalogue

To enable price updates via catalogues, you must complete the following steps:

1. Ensure that the offer catalogue is created and activated.
2. Navigate in your system to: Setup » Markets » Amazon » Settings » [Open account] » Tab: Item settings.
3. For price changes, select the option every 15 minutes or hourly.
4. Note that the existing settings for price matching are still required.

Alternative to price updates without a catalogue

Until further notice, price updates are also possible without offer catalogues, but only for existing listings (SKUs already known to Amazon).

• The update is carried out using the previous method.
• For this, under Setup » Markets » Amazon » Settings » [Open account] » Tab: Item settings, the option price changes must be set to every 15 minutes or hourly.
• The existing settings for price matching remain necessary.

  Important: From 15/07/2025, the further development of price updates without offer catalogues will be discontinued.

Note: You can use either catalogues or the alternative, but not both simultaneously.
