You create new listings by exporting the listing catalog, which is exported for the first time within 15 minutes after changing any value on the variant.

Required settings for creating listings

The following settings are necessary for successful listing creation:

1. The listing catalog must be created and activated.
2. All required data fields must be assigned in the listing catalog.
3. To transfer later price and/or stock updates, you must additionally select the option Price changes or Stock changes in the menu Setup » Markets » Amazon » Settings » [Open account] » Tab: Item settings and choose either every 15 minutes or hourly.
   • Note: During the first export of new listings, prices and stock are transferred even without activated options.

Alternative to creating listings without a catalog

The option to create new listings without a listing catalog is time-limited. From 31/07/2025 / 01/08/2025, new listings can only be created via a listing catalog.
