To update an existing offer on Amazon, you need the correct settings on the item and variant as well as an active offer catalogue.

Settings on the item/product (in the PlentyONE system)

• Link product type: Link a current product type for the item in the Amazon section.
• Activate variant: Activate the Active option (toggle_on) in the Availability and visibility section.
• Add order origin: Add the option Web-API and the desired Amazon origin in the Sales channels section.

Settings for price and stock changes (global)

These settings control the automatic update of prices and optionally stocks:

• Activate price changes: Select the option 15-minute or Hourly under Setup » Markets » Amazon » Settings » [Open account] » Tab: Item settings for Price changes.
• Optional stock update: If you also want to update the stock, select the option 15-minute or Hourly for Stock changes.

Settings for the offer catalogue

• Create catalogue: You have created an offer catalogue.
• Assign data fields: You have linked the required data fields in the offer catalogue.
• Activate catalogue: You have activated the offer catalogue.

Note: The updated offer will be transmitted to Amazon at the following intervals:

• Within 15 minutes if the price on the variant has been changed.
