To transfer a new product listing catalogue to Amazon, you need to configure settings both on the item/variant and on the listing catalogue itself.
Settings on the Item/Product (in the PlentyONE system)
On the Item (Item » Item)
- Link product type: In the
Amazonsection, link a currentproduct typefor the item.
On the Variant (Item » Item » [Open Variant])
- Activate variant: In the
Availability and Visibilitysection, enable the option Active (toggle_on). - Add order origin: In the
Sales Channelssection, add the option Web API and the desired Amazon origin. - Positive net stock: The variant must have a positive net stock in the
Stocksection. - Observe export filter shop items: If you have selected the option
Only items visible in the webshopunderSetup » Markets » Amazon » Settings » Tab: Item Settingsin theExport Filtersection for the setting Shop Items, ensure that the variant is also activated for the shop in theClient (Shop)section.
Optional Export Filters (Global)
If you only want to export variants with certain markings and tags, make the following optional settings:
- Select markings: Under
Setup » Markets » Amazon » Settings » [Open Account] » Tab: Item Settings » Section: Export Filter, select the desired markings from the dropdown lists Marking 1 and/or Marking 2. - Add tags: Add the desired tags from the dropdown list there.
Settings for the Listing Catalogue
- Create catalogue: You have created a listing catalogue.
- Assign data fields: You have linked the required data fields in the listing catalogue.
- Activate catalogue: You have activated the listing catalogue.
Note: The listing catalogue will be exported to Amazon within 15 minutes after a value is changed on the variant.
