The creation of new offers is done with the catalogue-based integration via the offer catalogue. The alternative for creating new offers will no longer be available from 31/07/2025 / 01/08/2025.

Export via catalogues

Frequency of data exchange:

• The offer catalogue is exported for the first time within 15 minutes after any value of the variant is changed.
• A new export takes place as soon as the price of a variant changes.

Required settings:

1. The offer catalogue must be created and activated.
2. All required data fields must be assigned in the offer catalogue.
3. To transfer price and/or stock updates, the option 15-minute or Hourly for price changes and stock changes must additionally be selected in the menu path Setup » Markets » Amazon » Settings » [Open account] » Tab: Item settings.]

Note on the first transmission: On the first export of new offers, prices and stock are transferred even if the options for price and/or stock changes are deactivated. Activation of these options is only necessary for subsequent updates.

Deadline for alternative

From 31/07/2025 / 01/08/2025, new offers can only be created via an offer catalogue.
