Inventory update is carried out simultaneously via two methods with the catalogue-based integration. Unlike prices, inventory updates are still unlimited via the previous method.

Export via Catalogues

Inventory update is a special case because it runs in parallel via the old and the new method.

1. Regular update: Inventory update takes place every 15 minutes via the previous method.
2. Additional update: Inventory is additionally transferred automatically with each export of the offer catalogue.

Required settings:

• The previous settings for inventory update remain necessary: In the menu Setup » Markets » Amazon » Settings » [Open account] » Tab: Item settings the option 15-minute or Hourly must be selected for inventory changes » Tab: Item settings must have the option 15-minute or Hourly selected for inventory changes.

Additional settings for catalogue export: To ensure that inventory is additionally transferred with each export of the offer catalogue, the following settings are necessary:

1. The offer catalogue must be created and activated.
2. For price changes the option 15-minute or Hourly must also be selected in the menu path mentioned above » Tab: Item settings must have the option 15-minute or Hourly selected for price changes.

Note: This additional setting is required so that the offer catalogue is also exported when there are price changes to a variant and the inventory is automatically included.

Alternative (Unlimited)

Inventory update via the previous method is still unlimited, but only for existing offers (already known SKUs).
