With the catalogue-based integration, price updating is done via the offer catalogue. Please note that development of the alternative (without catalogue) ends on 15/07/2025.

Export via catalogues

Price transmission occurs as follows:

• Initial transmission: The price is transmitted for the first time when exporting the offer catalogue.
• Update: Price updating takes place 15 minutes after the price has been changed on the variant.

Required settings:

1. The offer catalogue must be created and activated.
2. In the menu path Setup » Markets » Amazon » Settings » [Open account] » Tab: Item settings, the option 15-minute or Hourly must be selected for price changes » Tab: Item settings must have the option 15-minute or Hourly selected for price changes.
3. The existing settings for price reconciliation remain necessary.

Alternatives and deadlines

Price updating for existing offers (SKUs) is still possible for the time being via the previous method, provided the options for price changes are activated.

• Deadline: From 15/07/2025, further development of price updates without the offer catalogue will be discontinued.
• Limitation of the alternative: This solution only updates prices for existing SKUs.
