With the switch to the catalogue-based integration, price and stock updates are made via the offer catalogue and additional timed settings in the Amazon account.

Price update

Prices are transmitted to Amazon via the offer catalogue.

Step-by-step configuration guide:

1. Create and activate a corresponding offer catalogue in the menu Data » Catalogues.
2. Navigate to the account settings: Setup » Markets » Amazon » Settings » [Open account] » Tab: Item settings » Tab: Item settings must have the option 15-minute or Hourly selected for price changes.
3. For the option Price changes, select either 15-minute or Hourly » Tab: Item settings must have the option 15-minute or Hourly selected for price changes.

Important: The previous settings for price reconciliation remain necessary.

Stock update

Stock is transmitted to Amazon together with each export of the offer catalogue and additionally every 15 minutes.

Note on export: Stock is automatically transmitted in parallel with each export of the offer catalogue and is not directly assigned in the catalogue.

Step-by-step configuration guide:

1. Create and activate a corresponding offer catalogue in the menu Data » Catalogues.
2. Navigate to the account settings: Setup » Markets » Amazon » Settings » [Open account] » Tab: Item settings » Tab: Item settings must have the option 15-minute or Hourly selected for stock changes.
3. For the option Stock changes, select either 15-minute or Hourly » Tab: Item settings must have the option 15-minute or Hourly selected for stock changes.
