Using the catalogue function "Live Download" (under Data > Catalogues > #Select catalogue#), you can check whether the variants for the catalogue are valid, as well as which data we transmit to OTTO market.

Another tab will open, which should not be closed during the export process. Once the export has been successfully completed, the file can be downloaded and opened under the download symbol "Download export".

You can search for the variant using the EAN (use the programme’s search function). If it is included there but not transmitted to OTTO market, you can check the error messages in the log. However, if it is not included there, the basic requirements must be checked.
