If the MOIN has not yet been imported, you can check the log for any errors related to the import that might be preventing the MOIN import for your variant(s).

For this, use the following filters:
Integration: Plenty\Modules\Otto\Item\Jobs\MoinImportJob
Reference type: sku
Reference value: your SKU
optional
Level: error

Possible error messages:

title:"This variant is already known on the OTTO marketplace. To be able to offer the variant for sale, please either confirm the content via the UI or send us the (correct) MOIN via the API." code:"302001 - MOIN_ALREADY_KNOWN"
If you want to check the MOIN imports for, for example, new articles, you can set the integration Plenty\Modules\Otto\Item\Services\MoinImportService to Debug before transmitting the new articles.
After activating Debug, this log message can be filtered by:

• SKU
• Variant ID
• MOIN

How do I set my log to Debug?

1. Navigate to the menu item Data > Log.
2. Open the *Log Configuration

3. Search for “MoinImportService”
4. Click on “MoinImportService”, change the log level on the right to Debug, select the duration and activate the configuration.

5. Finally, click on “Save”

Only AFTER saving can the imported MOINs be searched in the log on an hourly basis using the above filters.
