The EU Directive 2025/1960 has applied since 27/09/2026. PlentyONE supports the notification regarding the statutory warranty rights and the label for the commercial durability guarantee (GARAN label) from plentyShop LTS 5.0.83 and PlentyONE Shop 2.0.44. If the display is missing or incorrect in the Shop, this is generally due to an outdated plugin version, the widget not being placed in the ShopBuilder, or a value of “0” having been saved incorrectly.Important minimum versions: plentyShop LTS: At least version 5.0.83 required (the “Display notification directly” option is available from version 5.0.85). PlentyONE Shop: At least version 2.0.44 required.
