If you use a customised app or a PlentyONE Shop that is integrated via Git/GitHub, the back end cannot read which version is currently installed. With GitHub integrations, only a hyphen (-) or a greyed-out version icon is displayed by default under Version. This is normal system behaviour and does not indicate an error. The correct version number is only read and displayed for the standard PlentyONE Shop.
How to check your versions
As the system cannot read external GitHub versions, please note the following:
Performing the update in the back end has no effect on the version display when using a GitHub integration.
Any changes or new versions that have been deployed must be tracked directly via the GitHub repository being used or by the developer/author of the app.
