  • Fixed: Incorrect cancellation imports for already shipped Amazon orders

In rare cases, Amazon orders were retrospectively cancelled in the PlentyONE system even though these orders had already been fully processed, shipped and assigned a tracking number (e.g. due to subsequent buyer cancellations or warranty claims on Amazon’s part). This issue has now been fixed. The background process now checks whether the outgoing items have already been booked and whether any tracking numbers already exist before cancelling an Amazon order. • Amazon | New: Buyer company name is now imported from a dedicated field (action required)

Amazon provides the buyer’s company name in a dedicated data field in the order report (BuyerCompanyName). PlentyONE now supports this field and uses it as the source for the buyer’s company name in the billing and delivery address of the respective order. To have Amazon include the data field in the order report, you must enable the corresponding setting in Seller Central.Required stepsIn Amazon Seller Central, enable the setting for including the buyer’s company name in order reports (isBuyerCompanyNameEnabledInOrderReports) for each Amazon account.→ The buyer’s company name is then automatically taken from the BuyerCompanyName field when new Amazon orders are imported. No further settings are required in PlentyONE.Note: If you do not enable the setting, PlentyONE will continue to determine the buyer’s company name from the address data.Version         Available fromstable1 September 2026

  • Fixed: Amazon: Cancelled order items are now removed from reports

If individual order items in an order with the status Pending were cancelled (for example, by the buyer or seller via Seller Central), these cancelled order items were completely missing from the more recent Amazon order reports. Previously, these order items were treated as unaffected in the system during import. In exceptional cases involving partial cancellations, this could result in orders containing cancelled order items (price = € 0.00) being moved to the status Shipped, even though they were not intended to be dispatched. This behaviour has been corrected. The system now correctly identifies missing order items in the order report and automatically removes them from the order. A check using a property value on the order item ensures that only the affected order items and associated items (for example, bundle components or promotions) are deleted. VersionAvailable frombeta11 August 2026stable11 August 2026

  • Changed: Decoupling of price transfer to Amazon

The technical logic for transmitting price data to Amazon was revised and decoupled: Prices are now transmitted to Amazon separately.Changed:Separate price feed: Previously, prices were transferred to Amazon along with other offer data in an offer catalogue. If validation errors occurred in individual data fields, this could result in the entire feed being rejected by Amazon.Independent transfer: From now on, prices will be transmitted to Amazon in a separate feed. This ensures that errors in other data fields (such as incorrect descriptions or attributes) no longer block price updates on Amazon. The change takes place automatically in the background. • Amazon: Updated: Manual catalogue export now includes all variations that have been updated within the last 24 hours

Previously, when a catalogue was exported manually via Setup » Markets » Amazon » Data exchange » Data export (old systems) or Sales Channels » Channel Control Centre » [Open sales channel for Amazon] » Data exchange » Data export (new systems starting from April 2026), the timestamp of the last cron run was used as the lower limit for selecting updated variations. This meant that all variations which were updated since the last cron run were exported. This led to inconsistent results, depending on when the cron was last executed: Variations updated between the last cron run and the initiation of the manual catalogue export could be overlooked, or the time window could turn out to be unexpectedly large. This behaviour has now been changed: The manual catalogue export now always includes variations which have been updated within the last 24 hours, regardless of the cron run. This ensures predictable and consistent export behaviour.VersionAvailable frombeta26 May 2026stable27 May 2026

  • Change: Behaviour for transferring item and variation images in catalogues

In such cases, the contents of both the fallback and main data sources were merged into a single list and transmitted to Amazon. From now on, the following logic applies:Single images from the fallback data source will only be transferred if no mapped single image or image list can be found in the main data source.
