Between 22 May and 2 June 2026, some Amazon orders for offers with free shipping were incorrectly imported into PlentyONE with shipping costs.

The issue was caused by an error in the shipping cost processing. In certain cases, a shipping cost value of 0.00 Euro was not recognised correctly and the default shipping cost configuration was applied instead.

The issue has been resolved. Orders with free shipping are now imported correctly again.

In addition, a migration is planned for 8 June 2026 to automatically correct the affected orders in PlentyONE. No manual action is required on your part.
