From approximately 18 May at 11:45 until 19 May at 16:45, a disruption affected the export of product and offer catalogues.
During this period, the following functions could not be executed:
- automatic overnight export of product catalogues
- manual export of product and offer catalogues
- preview of product and offer catalogues
The automatic offer export, including price and stock updates, was not affected by the disruption.
The disruption has now been resolved.
Automatic export of product catalogues as well as preview and manual export of product and offer catalogues are now working as expected again.
