Amazon will introduce a 75-character limit for product titles on 27 July 2026. After this date, product titles that exceed the limit will automatically be shortened or adjusted by Amazon's AI.
To complement the product title, Amazon has introduced the new Item Highlight data field. It provides up to 125 additional characters to highlight key product features. The content is searchable and is displayed below the title in search results and on the product detail page.
You can now map the Item Highlight data field in your Amazon product catalogues under the title_differentiation data field group.
