In rare cases, Amazon orders were retrospectively cancelled in the PlentyONE system even though these orders had already been fully processed, shipped and assigned a tracking number (e.g. due to subsequent buyer cancellations or warranty claims on Amazon’s part).
This issue has now been fixed. The background process now checks whether the outgoing items have already been booked and whether any tracking numbers already exist before cancelling an Amazon order. Orders for which the outgoing items have already been booked or that have been assigned a tracking number are no longer cancelled.
