The log Plenty\Modules\Amazon\Item\Listings\Services\HTTPDataSenderService is no longer active by default because it generates very large amounts of data. You can activate it yourself for a limited period. To do so, use the Debug log level.
What happened?
Until now, you could use this log to see after exporting to Amazon whether an item had the status INVALID or ACCEPTED and which errors had occurred. It is currently no longer active by default. Newly uploaded Listings therefore no longer appear there.
How to make the log visible again
- Activate the log
Plenty\Modules\Amazon\Item\Listings\Services\HTTPDataSenderServicewith theDebuglog level. (Please add the menu path and setting; see note.) - Then upload the catalogue to Amazon and check the status of the items in the log.
- Deactivate the log again after a few days. Otherwise, the large amount of data may slow down other processes.
What you can use instead
Under Einrichtung » Märkte » Amazon » Datenaustausch » Datenexport, you can find feedback and errors relating to the upload in the Berichte zum Katalogexport section. Please note:
- The reports are generated for each export, but can be combined and do not always appear immediately after every export.
- PlentyONE currently does not offer a complete overview listing every uploaded item as “transferred correctly”.
