If the item stock in PlentyONE is changed, but the stock on Amazon is not updated or remains incorrect (e.g. 0 in PlentyONE, but available on Amazon), this is often due to the visibility setting in the main system. If the option Shop Items is enabled in the Amazon basic settings, only variants that are also activated for your own webshop are transferred to Amazon.
Cause
In the basic settings of the Amazon marketplace, it is defined that items must be visible for the webshop. If a variant or an item is not enabled for the webshop, the automatic stock transfer fails – even with manual stock corrections.
Step-by-step guide to resolve
To fix the problem, you can either adjust the visibility of the item or change the global setting for Amazon:
Navigate in your
PlentyONEsystem to:Setup » Markets » Amazon » Settings.Open the tab
Item Export.Check the option
Shop Items:Option A: Deactivate the option
Shop Itemsso that stock levels are transferred to Amazon regardless of webshop activation.Option B: Keep the setting and activate the affected variants directly in the item for the webshop.
Save the settings.
Note for verification: After a stock change, you can view the transfer status in the menu
Setup » Markets » Amazon » FeedsunderFeed RequestandFeed Submission Resultfor the process typeStock Update..
