With the eBay Marketing plugin, you can create discount promotions such as quantity, item, and minimum order discounts in the eBay Sales Promotions menu to increase visibility and cart value.

Step-by-step guide to creation:

1. Open the menu Sales Channels » eBay Sales Promotions.

2. Click on Create new sales promotion.

3. Make the settings in the three tabs:

Tab: Basic settings (Details)

• Select platform and account.

• Enter name (max. 90 characters) and description (max. 50 characters).

• Assign priority for positioning in the promotion overview on eBay.

• Specify start date and end date with exact start and end times.

Tab: Rules

• Choose one rule per sales promotion:

  • Minimum order value (quantity discount for a minimum order value).

  • Minimum order quantity (discounts on minimum order quantities).

  • Buy 1, save on the next (type of discount).

  • No minimum order (type of discount).

  • Multi-discount: The more items purchased, the higher the discount. Here you must specify From quantity and Discount (%). Note the eBay requirements for multi-discounts:

    • Field 1: Quantity 1, discount 0% (mandatory).

    • Field 2: Quantity 2, discount between 5-79%.

    • Field 3: Quantity 3, discount between 6-80%.

    • Field 4: Quantity 4 and a higher discount than in field 3.

Tab: Inventory

• Select one rule type to specify the listings:

  • Complete inventory

  • eBay categories (select as many as you like)

  • Shop categories (select as many as you like)

• Optional: Apply the filter brand and/or item condition.

• Exclude listings: Enter up to 100 listing IDs or SKUs, separated by commas, to be excluded from the promotion.

4. Save the settings. The sales promotion will receive the status Draft.
