With shipping profiles, you link the previously created payment, shipping, and return policies with item-specific information such as location and postcode.
Create a shipping profile
- Open the menu Setup » Markets » eBay » Policies » Tab: Shipping Profiles » Tab: New.
- Make the following settings:
| Setting | Explanation |

| Default profile | Activate this to make the profile the default profile. There is only one default profile; the existing one is automatically deactivated when a new one is activated. |
| Profile name | Enter a profile name. |
| Country | Select the country for the item location. |
| Postcode | Enter the postcode. If there are discrepancies between postcode and location, the location derived from the postcode will be used. |
| Location | Enter the item location. |
| Payment terms | Select the payment terms set in the corresponding tab. |
| Shipping terms | Select the shipping terms set in the corresponding tab. |
| Return terms | Select the return terms set in the corresponding tab. |
| Return terms according to ElektroG | Select the terms set in the corresponding tab. |
| Product Compliance | Select the terms set in the corresponding tab. |
| Restricted buyer group | You can deactivate the Restricted buyer group function or restrict the buyer group. Optionally, specify the maximum quantity a buyer is allowed to purchase. |
- Save ($\text{Save}$) the settings.
Manage existing shipping profiles
In the Overview tab of the menu Setup » Markets » eBay » Policies » Tab: Shipping Profiles, you can see the shipping profiles already created. Here you can edit or delete existing profiles. In the New tab, you can create additional profiles.
